Back to the Grind

Dearest Readers (if you're truly out there),

I have returned to Virginia as of Monday night at 2130 (9:30pm).  Our cats are in a state of rejoicing purr at the moment.  I do have it on good authority, however, that they not only had a great deal of fun, but wrecked the entire house in the process every day.  My thanks to Heather for looking in on them and feeding them and the currently elusive Keyta during my travels.  I certainly hope they were not too much trouble, and I look forward to treating you to dinner soon in return for the help. 
Today is going to be my official start back to blogging.  Unfortunately I got majorly off-track because of being sick and then the trip to Georgia.  If you would like to see photos of the trip, they will be up on my Facebok in a little while and I will have them posted on my photo journal as soon as possible, which should be some time tomorrow.

The trip was uneventful and exciting all at the same time.  I really enjoyed getting to see my family (and my darling doggy) once again after about a year.  I also got to touch base with a friend whom I haven't seen in over a year.  I got a few photos of flowers in the area as well, which I enjoyed doing.  I will be telling more about the trip, but would prefer waiting for Drew to get back home on Friday before I delve too much into the happy-fun story-times. 

Looking forward to the coming weeks, and I hope to get back to the grind now that I have the wanderlust out of me.  :D
