Recent Happenings

Due to the happenings of late, I will be unable to post a true blog for a bit (though I may do a quicky review later this evening). 

Currently, my husband is underway (non-deployed, but still at sea).  While he is away, his ship is to port in an area near (few hours away from) our hometowns.  My in-laws are traveling to see him next week.

I myself will be doing some traveling as well.  I leave on Monday morning (very early) for Georgia.  I am going to see my parents, my doggy, my grandmother and some wonderful friends.  I will then continue traveling to meet with Drew and my in-laws.  Finally, on the way back, I am set up to stop at another in-law's home as they can do some needed work on our brakes (nothing serious, brakes just need new pads soon).

I will continue posting as I am able throughout my journey(s), and I might even have some videos for everyone to watch as well... but that may or may not depend on how the end of my cold progresses.  I tend to be rather embarrassed about my voice the last bit of any illness.
